We still missed our budget this month but were a lot closer. It helped of course, that we were travelling through 2 extremely cheap countries in Laos and Cambodia, and also that we went overland instead of taking flights.
Quite how we spent so much on food though will always remain a mystery, when the average meal costs £1-2 in those countries!
